ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION CONTEST
WellPet BVBA, with registered office at Leonardo Da Vincilaan 19 – MC Square – 1831 Machelen, Belgium and company number BE0638908811 (hereinafter the “organizing company” and represented by Rik Hannes, in his capacity as Managing Director:
- Organizes from the 1st of February until 28th of February 2026 (inclusive), repeat the 1st of March till the 31st of March (inclusive) , repeat the f1st of April until the 30th of April (inclusive) a free competition entitled: “WHIMZEES® Monthly Dental Challenge” (hereinafter referred to as “the game”), according to the conditions described in these regulations.
This game is organized as a daily photo upload competition via the WHIMZEES® app.
This competition is not organized or sponsored by Meta, Google, Twitter, Apple, or Microsoft. The personal data collected in the context of this game is intended for the organizing company only.
ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
This free competition is open to any individual of majority, with internet access and a valid email address, and living in the following countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom, with the exception of the organizing company staff and their families, as well as all persons who participated in the development of the game.
The mere fact of participating in this game implies the pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.
ARTICLE 3 – HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
This game is a competition you can enter by participating in the WHIMZEES® Monthly Dental Challenge in the WHIMZEES® App on the dates mentioned in article 1.
Participation to the game is as follows:
- The person gives their dog one WHIMZEES® dental treat per day.
- The person uploads a daily photo of their dog’s eating the WHIMZEES® or the teeth in the app.
- Each uploaded photo equals one valid entry into the competition.
Only one entry per dog per day is allowed during the entire game period.
Since the game is accessible via a mobile application, Apple, Microsoft, Google or any other mobile application platform cannot be held responsible in the event of a dispute related to the game.
ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
Daily prize: The winner will be selected randomly by AI after the end of each day based on a valid upload of a daily picture in the app.
Grand Prize: The winner will be selected randomly by AI after the end of the challenge period based on the total number of valid daily uploads.
A person can win multiple times the daily prize.
The winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the app at the end of the month, to obtain their mailing address to send their prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

- Large dog: 2 boxes of WHIMZEES® Value Variety Box L
- XL dog: 2 boxes of WHIMZEES® XL Toothbrush
Grand prize (after one month):
One full year’s supply of WHIMZEES® dental treats:

- Puppy M/L: 24 bags of WHIMZEES® Puppy M/L Value bag

The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of each winner before submitting their prize. Under no circumstances can prizes be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for whether or not the winner uses or trades the prizes.
In case of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to cancel prizes won without consideration.
ARTICLE 6 – CHANGE OF THE DATES OF THE GAME AND EXPANSION OF THE NUMBER OF PRIZES
The organizing company cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure or events beyond its control to cancel the game. It also reserves the right to extend or limit the period of participation, to postpone it or to change its terms and conditions, its responsibility cannot be assumed as a result.
Any additions and changes to these rules may be published during the game and will be considered annexes to these rules. Any change will be the subject of prior information by any appropriate means upon submission of the change to the office of the bailiff-custodian of these Rules.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY
Your personal data will be processed by the organizing company, acting as recipient and data controller, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

By participating in the challenge, you consent to our processing and the collection of your personal data. The collected personal data is mandatory. If you do not provide the required information, you will not be able to participate in the game.
They are intended solely for the organizing company for the sole purpose of taking into account your participation in the game, managing the winner, awarding prizes and complying with legal and regulatory obligations. Your data will be used for commercial prospecting purposes, unless you agreed not to be contacted for commercial prospecting purposes.
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and transfer your data, restrict and oppose the processing of your data, as well as the right to establish guidelines regarding the fate of your personal data after your death. To exercise these rights, please send your request to info.emea@wellnesspet.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedom.
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
The responsibility of the organizing company cannot in any way be maintained in the event of delivery problems or loss of postal or electronic mail (especially with regard to the delivery of prizes). Any prize sent to a winner by the organizing company that is not claimed or returned through the mail for any other reason will be forfeited to the winner and will continue to be acquired by the organizing company. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the malfunctioning of the internet network, nor for delay, loss or damage due to the postal and management services.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA
The organizing company is responsible for processing the personal data that may be collected.
Participants are informed that by accessing the website, a cookie may be stored on their computer’s hard drive if required. This is a small computer file used to record browsing of the website. Cookies are used to identify each participant so that they can access information more quickly so that they do not have to re-enter it. In any case, they cannot damage the data on his computer.
A participant can oppose the recording of this cookie, or choose to be notified of the recording of this cookie on their hard drive, by configuring their browser software (the participant is requested to read the terms of use of their regarding this functionality). Once this setting is made, the entrant nevertheless retains the option to access and participate in the game’s website.
In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and European Regulation 2016/679 of April 28, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access and rectify information about you, as well as a right to object, the right to restrict processing and to erase it within the framework permitted by the European regulation.
